What does hands-free property management include?
Rightmove marketing and viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy set-up, rent collection through PayProp, tenant communication, repair coordination, property inspections and clear records.
How much does property management cost?
Fully managed lettings are 10% + VAT of the rent, with a tenancy set-up fee of £500 + VAT. An optional rent guarantee is 3% + VAT, subject to eligibility.
Will I still see what is happening with my property?
Yes. Rent is collected and paid out through PayProp and we keep repair and inspection records, so you can see what has happened without having to chase.
Can I move my property to Middleton from another agent?
Yes. We help with the handover and explain what to do about your current agreement. New landlords can get their first 3 months of management free, subject to eligibility.
What is the difference between tenant find and fully managed?
Tenant find covers marketing, viewings and referencing to get a tenant in. Fully managed also covers rent collection, tenant communication, repairs and inspections for the whole tenancy.
