How much do you charge to manage a rental property?
Our fully managed service is 10% + VAT of the monthly rent, with a £500 + VAT tenancy set-up fee. An optional rent-guarantee service is available at 3% + VAT, subject to eligibility. We confirm the complete costs and service before you instruct us.
What is the difference between tenant find and fully managed?
Tenant find covers marketing, enquiries, viewings and careful referencing. Fully managed adds rent collection through PayProp, tenant communication, repair coordination, inspections and records. Ask us which suits you.
Can I switch my property to Middleton from another agent?
Yes. Check your current agreement for notice periods and fees, then contact us. We handle the move with you, including tenant communication, so the tenant sees as little disruption as possible.
Do you offer a rent guarantee?
An optional rent-guarantee service is available at 3% + VAT, subject to eligibility. Eligibility depends on the property and tenant, so we confirm it before any tenancy starts.
How are rents collected and paid to me?
We collect rent through PayProp and keep clear records so you can see what has been paid and when.
