Josh began his career as an estate agent before moving into consultancy and property acquisition for an investment firm buying 20–30 properties each month.
He later founded JBM Property, sourcing flips, trades and BRRR opportunities for investors across the UK and internationally while continuing to redevelop homes across the North East.
Middleton Estates & Lettings was the natural next step: connecting quality homes with great tenants and managing every property to the standard we expect for our own.
